As Vice President of Geoffrey H. Edmunds & Associates, Tom Carlson is responsible for overseeing all the Arizona residential and condominium projects, as well as the day to day operations for the Edmunds team. Carlson began his career with Geoffrey H. Edmunds in 1993.

Carlson continued to work under the Geoffrey H. Edmunds & Associates name after the company was sold to Toll Brothers. He continued to develop many luxury communities in the heart of Scottsdale.

In 1999, Carlson began work for CSE & Associates where he was appointed Vice President of Construction. Here he supervised the development of high end custom homes in Desert Highlands, DC Ranch and various other Scottsdale locations.

In 2000, Tom spent a year as VP of Construction for the Lyle Anderson Company where he was involved in overseeing construction, marketing and site improvements for the Superstition Mountain.

In 2001, Tom Carlson was named the Vice President of Geoffrey H. Edmunds & Associates. His work has included involvement in Esplanade Place at the Arizona Biltmore and custom homes throughout Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.
