As Project Manager of the Scottsdale Waterfront Residences, Lori Shanley manages all buyer relationships, specifically custom interior selections, as well as the corresponding construction coordination. Her objective is to act as a liaison between buyer, subcontractor and the developers.

Lori started her career with Wheelabrator-Frye Inc., a Fortune 200 engineering and construction operation. During her tenure with Wheelabrator from 1976 to 1984, Lori held a variety of management positions which included liaison between the Wheelabrator’s domestic operating units and corporate headquarters in areas of finance, legal and human resources. During the years from 1984 to 1986, Lori served as executive assistant to the President and Chief Operating Officer of LaJolla, California based Signal Companies, successor to Wheelabrator-Frye and a global aerospace and engineering conglomerate.

After the merger of Signal with Allied Corporation, Lori opened the West Coast operations of a boutique management consulting firm. Lori was responsible for the management of all client relationships of the West Coast office and was instrumental in the significant growth of the firm until 2001when she and her family relocated to Arizona. She remained with the firm as a special projects consultant until 2004. In 2005, Lori joined the Geoffrey H. Edmunds & Associates, Inc. team.

Since relocating to the Phoenix area, Lori has spent considerable time in volunteer activities. For 4 years she served on the Board of Directors of the Arizona High School Hockey Association, a non-profit organization which promotes and operates youth hockey at the high school level in the greater Phoenix area, Tucson and Flagstaff.
